AUSTRALIAN No.1 Mk.III* bolt-action rifle # C96609 (.303 British) mfg. by Lithgow Arsenal in 1942. Excellent condition with all oil-blacked finish remaining. All matching serial numbers on all numbered parts, bore is mirror-bright and very strong. Buttstock has 1942-dated cartouches on right sideshows some heavy handling marks from actual use, with very clear 1944-dated military cartouches on right side of butt. Not import-marked. BRITISH Martini-Henry Mark IV long-lever single-shot rifle # 3311 (.577/450) mfg. by Enfield in 1887. Very Good condition with much original bluing remaining and a few scattered areas of light porosity, legend on right side faint but readable. All original (not a Khyber-pass or copy from Nepal) and 100% functional with a very bright bore that has very strong rifling. Rear sight is a leaf adjustable from 100-1200 yards. Original stock sound with no cracks, very clear and neat 1906-dated Nepali cartouche on right side, triggerguard stamped with some Nepali characters. BRITISH Martini-Henry Mark IV long-lever single-shot rifle # 7224 (.577/450) mfg. by Enfield in 1886. Excellent condition with nearly all external finish remaining. All original and 100% functional with a mirror-bright bore that has very strong rifling. Rear sight is a leaf adjustable from 100-1200 yards. Original stock sound with no cracks but a few minor losses where barrel meets receiver, Faint cartouches on both sides of butt. Missing cleaning rod but has original leather sling. Very Good or better condition, with most remaining oil-blacked finish and a rather dark but shootable 4-groove bore. Bolt, rear sight and nosecap match receiver. BRITISH Model P-14 Mk.I* "Enfield" bolt-action rifle # 411805 (.303 British) mfg. in the U.S.A. by Eddystone in mid 1916. Near Excellent, nearly full arsenal oil-blacking on metal. Has a really gorgeous mirror bore. Wooden-plug on right side filling-in unit-disk hole, pointer from front volley-sight and rear volley-peep removed during Weedon refurbishing. BRITISH Model No.4 Mk.1* Enfield bolt-action rifle # 73C0451 (.303 British) mfg. by Savage-Stevens in 1944 (undated). Excellent condition, with 95% of the Parkerized metal remaining. 2-groove bore is mirror-bright and very strong, Bolt and magazine matching. Bolt-head is stamped with 3, all parts marked with square-S (for Savage). US PROPERTY marked on receiver, rear sight is the L-shaped flip type. Has a gorgeous mirror 4-groove bore with 1-marked bolt-head, rear sight is of the milled ladder type. CANADIAN Enfield CNo.4 Mk.I* bolt-action rifle # 92L3734 (.303 British) mfg. by Long Branch arsenal in 1950. Excellent condition, metal has full finish on all parts and an excellent 4-groove bore that is mirror-bright. Stock has very few dings and handling-marks but is quite attractive with original finish. FINN Model 28/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 34766 (7.62x54R), undated barrel mfg. by SAKO on a post-1898 receiver with SK.Y civil-guard marking. Excellent-PLUS condition, basically in UNISSUED condition, with 99% or better bluing and an excellent mirror-bright bore. Bolt knob numbered 4766 (matching), struck-through number S82505 on right side of barrel-shank ((Pohjois Karjala aka North Karalia, a Civil Guard district on the Russian border). This rifle has been made CALIFORNIA LEGAL with the grenade launcher sight and forend removed and replaced with a flash-hider. Folding bayonet is still present but cleaning rod is not.
