AUSTRIAN Model 1912 Steyr-Hahn semiautomatic pistol # 9693k (9mm Steyr) mfg. by Steyr in 1916. Very Good condition, with gray finish on the metal (some very minor pitting on slide and underside of frame). Bore is mirror-bright and all markings are intact. Checkered walnut grips are in decent shape. Totally functional. Not import-marked, scarce, includes a reproduction full-flap maroon holster dated 1915. PHOTOS . . . $825. C&R SOLD
BRITISH Model No.2 Mk.1** .38 revolver # 5794 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Enfield in 1931 with serrated backstrap and 5" barrel, double-action only without hammer-spur, has gone through FTR in 1953. Very Good overall with all matching serial numbers (cylinder was replaced during refurb). Painted "stoving" finish worn and chipping in places. Black bakelite thumb-rest grips are intact (the left one has NOT been shaved). Excellent mirror-bright bore, tight action, includes lanyard-ring and 1945-dated web holster. BRITISH Mark IV Webley revolver # B63778 (.38 Smith & Wesson), mfg. by Webley & Sons in c.1952. Excellent condition, with 95% or better original blued finish. All matching serial numbers, has crisp Vulcanite grips, complete with lanyard-ring and Canadian-marked green web full-flap holster. Bore is strong and bright. CANADIAN Model 35 Mark 1* Browning High-power semiautomatic pistol # 6T12 (9mm) mfg. at Inglis in c.1950. Military issue with fixed rear-sight. Very Good condition with all-matching serial numbers and intact "stoving" on external metal. Bore is strong and mostly bright with strong rifling. CANADIAN Model 35 Mark 1* Browning "High-Power" semiautomatic pistol # 2CH7527 (9mm) mfg. by Inglis in 1944. Very Good condition with uniform gray metal surfaces and no trace of the usual painted phosphate-finish. Tangent rear-sight graduated from 50-500 meters, grip slotted for shoulder-stock. FINN Model 1922 Beretta semiautomatic pistol # 226238 (.32 ACP) mfg. by Gardone in 1927 with [SA] Finnish property mark on right side of frame. Very Good or so condition, slide has plum hue and has some holster wear. Bore is dark and rough but has strong rifling. GERMAN Model 1912 Steyr-Hahn semiautomatic pistol # 4840q (converted to 9x19 Parabellum) mfg. by Steyr in 1916 and German Police marked (see Axis Pistols, figure 69). Near Excellent condition, with 90% blued finish on the metal (some very minor scattered pitting on slide). Bore is mirror-bright and all markings are intact (eagle / N on left side of frame, eagle / swastika with L beside on right side of frame. Force-matched slide was replaced when rebarrelled and is stamped 08 on left side to indicate change in caliber. Checkered walnut grips are in decent shape. Totally functional. GERMAN Model 1910/22 Browning semiautomatic pistol rig # 37000b (.32 ACP), mfg. at Fabrique National in 1943 under Nazi occupation. Excellent condition with 90% or better original military blue finish (some holster wear on fore end). Bold Nazi markings (WaA140 and eagle / swastika) on left side, eagle / swastika stamped on barrel. Bore is decent and mostly bright. HUNGARIAN Model 1912 Frommer Stop semiautomatic pistol # 94723 (.32 ACP), mfg. by Fémáru Fegever (FÉG) in 1917. Very Good condition, most original bluing intact with some holster wear and a few scattered small dark spots. Bore is strong and mostly bright. This was the official sidearm of the Hungarian Army throughout WWI. Has plain wooden grips, one magazine and a very worn leather full-flap military holster. Not import-marked, scarce. HUNGARIAN Model 37M Femaru semiautomatic pistol # 83744 (.380 ACP), mfg. by Fémáru Fegever (FÉG) in 1938. Near Excellent condition, with 80% or better external bluing (some holster-wear at edges of slide). All-matching serial numbers. Bore is strong and mostly bright. Nice grooved-walnut grips have few handling-marks. Includes brown leather military full-flap holster and two finger-grip magazines and one flat-bottomed magazine. POLISH Model P35 Nazi Type III Radom VIS semiautomatic pistol # P4549 (9mm) mfg. by Radom in c.1943. Excellent condition with full 90% or better wartime blue on all parts. SPANISH Model 300 Astra semiautomatic pistol # 540564 (.38 ACP) mfg. by Unceta y Compańia, S.A. in Guernica (Spain) in 1941 (Eibar date-code M), a Nazi-contract piece delivered to the Wehrmacht on November 11th, 1941 (see Axis Pistols, Page 114). Excellent condition, with sharp markings and 95% or better original bluing, sharp-checkered walnut grips. SWEDISH Model 1907 Browning semiautomatic pistol # 42203 (rechambered to .380 ACP), mfg. in mid 1930's by Husqvarna. All-matching serial numbers, excellent condition with 98% black-parkerized surfaces and black bakelite grips incorporating the Husqvarna logo. Unit-marked T2 № 1333 on left side of frame. It also has a near-perfect bore and extremely smooth functioning.
