COLOMBIAN Model 1950 Mauser bolt-action short-rifle # 07984 (.30-06) mfg. by Fabrique National in 1950. Excellent overall condition with 90% Parkerized finish on all metal parts. Bolt numbered 07984 (matching), very strong mirror-bright bore, with very clear Colombian crest above chamber. Beech buttstock and handguard has almost no handling marks. COLOMBIAN Model 1950 Mauser bolt-action carbine # 1743 (.30-06) mfg. by Fabrique National in 1950. Very Good or better condition, all bluing has been removed but it has very little actual wear. Bolt numbered 1743 (matching), very strong and quite bright bore, with very clear Colombian crest above chamber. Walnut buttstock and handguard has a few handling marks. CZECH Model 98k Mauser bolt-action carbine # 1766L (8x57mm) mfg. by CZ (code dou 45) in 1945. Unissued, near PERFECT condition with zero wear. Bolt numbered 1766L (matching) has non-numbered STAMPED barrel bands, magazine and winter triggerguard. Bore is quite mirror-bright and very strong, laminated stock is pristine. DUTCH Model 1871/88 Beaumont-Vitali rifle # 17F (11x52R) mfg. by J. F. J. Bar, Delft in 1884. Very Good condition, with an excellent, very bright strong rifled bore. External metal was "in the white" and most of it has turned brown but shows little actual wear, Wood retains original finish with awesome cartouche of crowned W (for King William III, reigned 1849-1890) flanked by flowers, DELFT above and date 1885 at sides. All-matching serial numbers (17F). Mechanically sound (including functioning magazine-disconnect). Stock is sound with no cracks, it does have a cleaning rod but it is not correct (rods were all removed when the Vitali magazine was retrofitted in 1891), I would not hesitate to shoot it this rifle if I had any ammo at all (.43 Egyptian ammo can be safely used if no Beaumont ammo can be found). Excellent condition, with 95% bluing and mirror-bright bore. Bolt numbered 2145 (not matching), light pitting at wood line. Beech stock has auxiliary sling swivel on left side. FRENCH Model 1907-15 Berthier bolt-action infantry rifle # FH35635 (8x50R Lebel) mfg. by St. Etienne in 1917, barrel marked MA S 1917. Very Good or so condition, with 70& or better subdued bluing on external metal (magazine tarnished from contact with sweaty hands). This rifle has extended magazine for use with M-16 type 5-round en-bloc clip (3-round en-bloc can also be used). Bolt not matching, otherwise all matching serial numbers. GERMAN Model Kar. 71 bolt-action single-shot cavalry carbine # 8969 (11mmi) mfg. by Austrian Arms Factory in 1876. Good external condition, some areas of heavy pitting but is completely functional and not at all ugly. All matching serial numbers on all parts, bore is amazingly near perfect and mirror bright. Buttstock has some heavy handling marks but has never been refinished and all original stock cartouches are extremely bold. Includes very worn leather sling. Not import-marked, extremely rare. GERMAN Model Kar. 88 bolt-action Commission cavalry carbine # 8513d (8x57i) mfg. by V.C. Schilling, Suhl in 1890. Good condition, with little bluing (receiver was in the white, as is proper). mostly matching serial numbers (a couple bolt parts have different numbers), unit marks IX. 13 on left side of nose-cap, same crossed-through unit marks on right side of barrel band. Bolt has spoon-type handle. Somewhat bright bore (stamped with S) has some roughness but rifling is very strong. Buttstock has some handling marks, includes repro 98k sling. Not import-marked. GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 588u (8x57) mfg. by Mauser Oberndorf (code 42) in 1939. Excellent condition, with all original bluing intact (some minor verdigris in scattered places). Rifle is mostly matching, bolt (and all bolt parts), triggerguard, magazine floorplate and even s6ock bolts numbered 588 or 88, Stock and barrel bands are from another rifle (likely a restored duffle-cut bringback). Nazi eagles with swastikas intact on barrel and receiver. Has stamped all-milled parts electro-penciled 9803 to match receiver. The bore is extremely bright and strong. GREEK Model 1903/14 Mannlicher-Schoenauer bolt-action infantry rifle # G5332 (6.5x54 M/S) mfg. by Breda in 1927. Yes, folks, this is the full-military version of the famed M/S rifle with its rotary magazine. Very Good condition with most bluing remaining, Greek crest very bold, bolt is mismatched (they always are, for some unknown reason), bore is quite dark and rough, but has strong rifling and should shoot. Includes cleaning rod and possibly correct leather sling.The stock is quite sound and attractive with a few of the expected handling marks and very faint "Kingdom of the Hellenes" cartouche. HAITIAN Model 24/30 bolt-action rifle # 2110 (.30-06) mfg. by Fabrique National in c.1950. Near Excellent condition, with all bluing remaining. Left side of receiver stamped ARMEE D' HAÏTI. Very Good or better condition, with 90% bluing, bore is dark and rough from shooting corrosive ammo, but lands and grooves are strong and may "shoot clean". Bolt numbered 5124 (not matching, but close), light pitting at wood line. Walnut stock has many handling marks and dents from actual jungle use but is sound. Very Good condition, with 70% original bluing turning brown from age (receiver in the white as is proper for these could use some polishing). Bore is excellent and quite bright, Peruvian crest is extremely bold, and that roller-coaster rear sight works perfectly.
