GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 2994c (8x57) mfg. by Sauer & Son (code S/147/G) in 1935. A Russian reworked rifle in Excellent condition, with 100% bluing and intact Nazi markings with Weimar eagles. Has all-milled parts. The bore is very strong and very bright. Buttstock is laminated with cupped buttplate, shellac has been removed, Army markings (eagle over H) on right side very clear. Repro cleaning-rod, no locking-screws. PHOTO . . . $475. C&R SOLD
GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 6199b (8x57) mfg. by Berliner-Lübecker Maschinenfabrik (code 237) in 1939. A mostly matching bringback with bolt (and all bolt parts) as well as triggerguard and magazine floorplate serial numbers matching the barrel and receiver. Stock, buttplate and barrel-bands numbered 2074 and obviously from another rifle. Has all-milled parts, the bore is very strong and mirror bright. GERMAN Model G41(W) semiautomatic rifle # 1628d (8mm) mfg. by Berliner-Lübecker Maschinenfabrik (code duv) in 1943. Excellent condition, all-matching numbers and all original. Near perfect mirror-bore, 90% external finish (fading a bit on muzzle). Solid walnut stock and handguard has a few light dings from contact with adjacent rifles of the same type. Includes front sight-hood, cleaning-rod and correct leather sling. A very late example of a G41, with d letter-suffix in the serial number. Rare in ANY condition, this specimen is simply UNIMPROVABLE and worthy of the finest collection! Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $6750. C&R
GERMAN Model G43 semiautomatic rifle # 7712f (8mm) mfg. by Walther (code ac) in 1944. Excellent-Plus condition, all-matching numbers. Near perfect mirror-bore, 95% external finish, laminated stock may be a reproduction, as it is not routed for cleaning rod (and it is just too gorgeous), but everything else is original and matching.
