HANDGUNS 

ARGENTINE Model Balester Molina semiautomatic pistol; # 48552 (.45 ACP), mfg. at Hafasda for the Argentine National Security Force.  Very Good condition, with holster wear mostly on the left side of slide and front of grip. Bore is a little worn but mirror-bright. All matching numbers except for magazines, all markings clear with bold Argentine crest and GENDARMERIA NACIONAL on right side of slide. Includes two 7-round magazines. This is somewhat of a copy of the Colt 1911 with some differences (no grip-safety) based on the "Star Super" pistols.  They are very reliable and accurate.   PHOTO. . . $275.   C&R      ON HOLD

ARGENTINE FM Model M-95 Classic "Hi-Power" semiautomatic pistol; # 430098 (9mm), mfg. at Industria Argentina.  New in Box, with one ten-round magazine (all hi-cap Hi-Power magazines will fit and function perfectly in these).  This is a very high-quality pistol produced under license from FN (Belgium) and 100% interchangeable with them, with a nice matte-black polymer finish and high visibility sights, with a one-year warrantee. . . $350.   not C&R   

RIFLES

BRITISH Model P-14 "Enfield" bolt-action rifle #W185671 (.303 British) mfg. in the U.S.A. by Winchester in 1916.   Excellent, over 95% original blued finish with a gorgeous mirror bore.  Wooden-plug on right side filling-in unit-disk hole, pointers from front volley-sight removed during Weedon refurbishing, but rear peep still intact (though marked with E for Eddystone it may have been a recent replacement). Bolt numbered atop handle to match. Wood is excellent overall with very few handling-marks and wood all matching in color. One of the nicest all-around P-14's we have seen in quite awhile. . . $375.   C&R     SOLD

BRITISH No.4 (T) bolt-action Enfield SNIPER rifle #AV3479 (.303 British) mfg. by B.S.A. Shirley in 1943.  Both metal and wood of rifle is Excellent, the finest example I believe I have seen, with perfect 5-groove bore and 98% or better "stoving" on metal, stock and handguards nearly mar-free. Forend is numbered to rifle, bolt is not numbered (normal) with a 1-rated bolt-head.  Wood has S51 stamped behind grip indicating conversion to sniper by the firm Holland & Holland, and top of buttstock just behind receiver stamped with 8612.  Proper No.32 Mk.3 scope is No.18496 is present with mount, both only in externally GOOD condition (albeit with very bright and sharp optics) and would not take too much effert to refurbish exterior to match rest of rifle. BRITISH No.5 Mk.1 "Jungle Carbine" Enfield bolt-action carbine #P8741 (.303 British) mfg. by Fazakerly in August, 1945.   Near Excellent, an original example with about 80% chipped enamel finish finish, gorgeous mirror-bore and matching bolt with 1-marked bolt-head.  Wood has been lightly sanded, not import-marked. BELGIAN Model 24 Mauser bolt-action short rifle #92289 (8x57) mfg. by Fabrique National  in the late 1920's. Very Good condition, with about 90% original blue, bolt mismatched (but all bolt-parts match each other) FN logo in oval above chamber. Bore is a bit dark but very strong, straight-bolt. Stock and handguard refinished long ago, with few handling-marks since, no cleaning-rod. PHOTO . . . $95.  C&R   SOLD

CZECH Model vz24 Mauser bolt-action short rifle #D4733 (8x57) mfg. by Brno  in 1938 (dated above chamber).  Near Excellent condition, with 95% original blue, all matching numbers, with a nice bright bore (counterbored-muzzle) and straight-bolt. Stock and handguard has dings from use and storage with original finish, no cleaning rod. . . $125.  C&R     SOLD

CZECH Model vz24 Mauser bolt-action short rifle (8x57) mfg. by Brno  in 1938 (double-tailed rampant lion above chamber).  Excellent condition, professionally refinished with 100% blueing, matching bolt (may have been renumbered, but if so it's a damned good job), with a nice bright bore and straight-bolt. Absolutely gorgeous specimens, no cleaning rod. . . $240.  C&R    

FINN Model 24 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action "Lotta" rifle #21495 (7.62x54R) mfg. with stepped-barrel.  Good Plus condition with very little bluing, matching bolt, frosty bore. Stock decent but heavy dent on right side of forend and small crack at tang. . PHOTO . . . $225.   C&R

MAUSER banner above chamber, four commercial-proofs on left side of receiver. Stock and handguard has some dings from use and storage with original finish, no cleaning-rod. Not import-marked. PERU Model 1935 Mauser bolt-action short rifle #21164 (7.65x54) mfg. by Fabrique National  in mid-1930's. Very Good condition, with about 90% original blue, all matching numbers (even the wood), with a strong somewhat bright bore and bent-bolt with flat checkered bottom. Crest is clear, stock and handguard has dings from use and storage with original finish, heavy knock cracking rear of handguard, no cleaning-rod. PHOTO . . . $225.  C&R   SOLD

RUSSIAN Model 91 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle  #90433 (7.62x54R) mfg, at Izhevsk in 1901.  SA-marked, renumbered barrel-shank, force-matched bolt, with intact Czarist eagles. Condition of upper metal is Excellent, but triggerguard (which features the elusive sling-swivel on its forward part) is only Fair with no bluing. No handguard. PHOTO . . . $160. C&R   

RUSSIAN Model 91 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle  #76939 (7.62x54R) mfg, at Tula in 1904.  SA-marked, matching bolt-knob, with intact Czarist eagles. Very Good condition with very thin blue which is turning brown, excellent bore with counterbored muzzle. Buttstock quite beat-up with crack at tang, no handguard. PHOTO . . $120. C&R

Force-matched (Remington) bolt, with intact Czarist eagles. Good Condition, with little remaining bluing, frosty bore, buttstock has quite a few handling-marks and several gouges (but is otherwise sound), no handguard. PHOTO . . . $125. C&R

SWEDISH Model 96B Mauser bolt-action rifle #391618 (6.5x55) mfg. by CARL GUSTAF in 1916. Excellent condition, with 95% bluing and all-matching numbers except bolt (though all bolt-parts matching each other), magazine floorplate and cleaning-rod. SWEDISH Model 38B Mauser bolt-action rifle #654709 (6.5x55) mfg. by Husqvarna in 1942.  Excellent condition, with 98% bluing and all-matching numbers (firing-pin, safety, and bolt shroud have engraved numbers), has bent-bolt. Excellent mirror- bore ( bore-disk stamped 6.50/1).  Beech stock and handguard with very few handling-marks, very attractive. . . $350.   C&R     ON HOLD

SWEDISH Model 41B Mauser bolt-action SNIPER rifle #330752 (6.5x55) mfg. by CARL GUSTAF in 1914. Excellent-plus, with nearly 100% bluing, only bolt and all bolt-parts matching receiver (as usual with these 41B snipers) as well as the matching-numbered scope-mount and metal scope-case.  Nazi 1942-dated Ajack 4x90 scope is in excellentr condition also with really clear optics.  Virtually perfect mirror-bore with bore-disk stamped 6.49/0. Attractive Beech stock and handguard with some light scratches and dings from use and rubbing against adjacent rifles during transport and storage. . . $1400.   C&R     ON HOLD
