BRAZIL Model 1917 revolver #197362 (.45 ACP) mfg. by Smith & Wesson in 1937. All-matching numbers, Very Good condition, the bluing almost full even though many tiny contact-marks on the metal and grips from being stored loose with other weapons. Bore is somewhat bright with some old crud in the grooves. Brazilian crest and date very clear, as are all markings not obliterated by the import-mark(s). BRITISH Enfield No.2 Mk.1** revolver #B5571 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Albion Motors in 1942. Excellent condition, with full original bluing, very "tight" action and a minty brilliant bore. BRITISH Enfield No.2 Mk.1** revolver #W822 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Enfield in 1943. Near Excellent condition, with 95% original bluing, very "tight" action and a minty brilliant bore. All-matching numbers, a very nice example with grooved-bakelite grips (the shoulder of the left grip sanded-down a little) and a "ribbed" backstrap, with lanyard-ring. Not import-marked. BRITISH Webley Mark IV revolver #B44480 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Webley & Scott Ltd. in circa 1940's. Near Excellent condition, with 80-90% original bluing, Israeli-contract with a 4" barrel, Hebrew markings on right side. Excellent bore and chambers, action very "tight" with trigger pulled. Quite a few contact marks from unprotected storage, added screw in right side of frame ensures pistol will not fire if dropped (and required for importation). BULGARIAN Makarov "Special Edition" semiautomatic pistol #KP 38 1170 (.380 ACP) mfg. by Arsenal (as imported by Miltex) in late 1990's. As-new, perfect external deep-gloss bluing with gorgeous bore having little evidence of having been fired. Features one finger-rest magazine (numbered to gun), black target-grip (with Arsenal logo), three-dot sights and squared trigger-guard. BULGARIAN Makarov "Special Edition" semiautomatic pistol #BA 38 2723 (9x18 Makarov) mfg. by Arsenal (as imported by Miltex) in late 1990's. New, matte-blue frame with mirror-like hard-chrome slide in perfect condition with gorgeous bore having no evidence of having ever been fired. Features two finger-rest magazines (both numbered to gun), soft-rubber Pearce grip, three-dot sights, squared trigger-guard and manual. BULGARIAN Makarov semiautomatic pistol #IM 38 1897 (9x18 Makarov) mfg. by Arsenal (as imported by D.I.G.) in circa 1999. New, matte-black phosphate surfaces in near-perfect condition with gorgeous bore having little evidence of having been fired. CZECH Model CZ-24 semiautomatic pistol #127073 (.380 ACP) mfg. by Ceska Zbrojovka, Prague in 1937. Very Good condition with 80% original blue (some holster-wear on sides of slide) and very bold markings. All-matching numbers, original dark-brown bakelite grips with one very small chip on left side at bottom. Bore is lightly frosted but quite bright and very strong, aftermarket magazine. Not import-marked, the CZ24 was manufactured until 1939, and can be distinguished from the more common CZ27 by the diagonal rather than vertical grooves in the slide. PHOTOS . . . $295. C&R

FRENCH MAB Modele D semiautomatic pistol #PM4319 (.32 ACP), mfg. by Bayonne circa 1948. Near Excellent condition, with 95% original bluing, some external holster-related freckling on right side from being "holstered wet". MADE IN FRANCE on right side. Bore excellent and mirror-bright, all matching-numbers. Left plastic grip has melted and slightly shrunk from being placed upon a hot surface. Not import-marked. GERMAN Model 1910 semiautomatic pocket pistol #94627 (6.35mm, .25 ACP) mfg. by Mauser at Oberndorf in 1913. All-matching numbers (and every tiny little piece is numbered), Very Good condition with a slightly pitted bore having sharp rifling, the trigger, extractor and lock under the barrel a vivid fire-blue, some bluing on left side of frame turning to plum. black-plastic one-piece grip have pieces broken off of them (but replacements are available at Gun Parts Corp). GERMAN Model 1914 semiautomatic pocket pistol #319428 (7.65mm, .32 ACP) mfg. by Mauser at Oberndorf c. 1924. All-matching numbers, near excellent condition with 90% remaining bluing and an excellent strong bore, much fire-blue on the trigger. Someone's Social Security # engraved on front of grip. Walnut wrap-around grips in excellent condition. Aside from a very small GERMANY stamped on the left side of the frame it is not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $275. C&R

GERMAN Model 4 Walther semiautomatic pistol #489900 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Carl Walther & Associates in c. 1923 (last year of production). Excellent condition with about 95% original bluing with some scattered specks and splotches of rust (likely "blood pitting"), bore is near-perfect and mirror-bright. All matching-numbers, commercial eagle/N proofs on left side of slide and frame, hard-rubber grips with CW logo in very nice condition. Has original 8-shot .32 magazine. Not import-marked, rarely encountered, the latest serial-number recorded. Reportedly a "bringback" from WWII, and the "blood pitting" likely validates that. PHOTO . . . $250. C&R SOLD

GERMAN "Menta" semiautomatic pistol # 4285 (.32 ACP), mfg. by August Menz, Suhl in 1916. Very Good Plus, with about 90% bluing intact. Bore a bit dark and frosted, but good strong rifling. There were only 15,000 of these pistols manufactured before the armistice, and many were used by the Germans during WWI. Includes 7-round magazine, checkered brown-plastic grips with "fan-pattern" at top. GERMAN Model 1910/22 Browning semiautomatic pistol #81410a (.32 ACP), mfg. at Fabrique National in mid 1942. Excellent condition with about 95% original bluing, bore is excellent and very shiny. All matching-numbers, Nazi commercial proofs (spread-winged eagle above N) stamped on slide, barrel and frame, (H) for heere=army stamped on left side of slide, but oddly no WaffenAmpts stamped anywhere. Has original FN-logo black-plastic grips and 8-shot FN-logo magazine, with black pebble-grain period military-flap holster having brown-leather stitched reinforcement at bottom. New In Box, unfired, 100% original bluing with full "straw" color on trigger, safety, magazine-release, takedown-lever, and sear-bar, gorgeous American Eagle atop chamber. GERMAN Model P-38 semiautomatic pistol #179330 (9mm) mfg. at Walther in July, 1962. Excellent plus condition with 99% parkerized finish on slide and 100% glossy black finish on alloy-metal frame. Bore is near-perfect with very little evidence of ever having been fired. Black-plastic grips are like new with a couple of storage-related superficial scuffs. Includes two 8-round Walther-marked magazines, used holster and cased cleaning-kit as well as manual and original box. This is a transitional-version of what was to become the P-1 service pistol, but still had (at this point) P38 stamped on slide. PHOTOS . . . $350.

GERMAN Model PP SUPER semiautomatic pistol #13113 (9x18 Ultra) mfg. at Walther in 1976. Excellent condition with 99% beautiful hi-gloss deep bluing, some minor pitting along right edges from being "holstered wet". Bore is excellent and really bright, black-plastic grips are like new. Sunburst property-mark of West Berlin police on right side of frame. The PP Super is a beefed-up version of the venerable PP, the difference being it has a slide-release and decocker-only (no safety). Note the 9x18 Ultra cartridge (also known as "9x18 Police") is NOT compatible with 9x18 Makarov, and uses a conical-shaped flat-nosed bullet. Includes 7-round Walther-marked magazine and 200 rounds (four boxes) Geco (Dynamit-Nobel) 9x18 Ultra factory cartridges (which will be shipped separately to the buyer of this pistol at no cost). GERMAN Model HK4 semiautomatic pistol #HR08599 (.380 ACP) mfg. at Heckler & Koch circa 1978. Near Excellent condition 98% bluing with light contact-marks, some tiny "freckling"-type pitting on left side of slide. Bore is mirror-perfect and very strong, black-plastic H&K-logo grips are quite nice, gold-plated trigger. Original H&K-marked magazine with nice bakelite finger-rest. The HK4 was the first pistol manufactured by H&K, and was unusual in that it was available in four different calibers (.22LR, 25 ACP, .32 ACP and .380 ACP). GERMAN Model HK4 semiautomatic pistol #HR01784 (.380 ACP) mfg. at Heckler & Koch circa 1977. Near Excellent condition, but a "fixer-upper" or "parts gun". This is the "Harrington & Richardson 100th Anniversary, 1877-1977" edition with gold-plated insert on left side of slide and gold-plated trigger. MISSING its firing-pin, breechface, magazine (all items available from Gun Parts, Inc.), and the barrel is bulged. There is also a small non-critical bit chipped off the right front of the inside of the frame (will function as-is). Sold as parts-only. PHOTOS . . . $125.

JAPANESE Type 26 (1893) revolver #34392 (9x22R) mfg. at Koishikawa (Tokyo) in c.1910. All-matching numbers, Very Good condition with gorgeous mirror-bore however it has very thin bluing that is turning (or has turned) to "plum" (usual for Type 26 revolvers in the 1-58000 serial # range). All-matching numbers (392) except for cylinder (which does not seem to lock-up very tight). Functional with glass-smooth action and checkered beech grips. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $275. C&R

JAPANESE Type 14 Nambu semiautomatic pistol, #21703 (8x21 Nambu) mfg. at Nambu factory under Nagoya supervision in March, 1936 (Showa 11.3) with small trigger-guard. All-matching numbers except magazine (494), excellent condition with gorgeous mirror-bore and 98% bluing (some insignificant surface-pitting at side of barrel from storage), nice grips. NORWEGIAN Model 1914 Browning semiautomatic pistol #21258 (.45 ACP), mfg. by Kongsbergg in 1929. At least that is what it superficially appears to be, however closer examination finds that only the slid and safety-button (and maybe the barrel) are Norwegian in origin, the frame being from a Colt Government Model 1911 (#C874110) with the "U.S. PROPERTY" marking welded over as well as God knows what else. Very Good Plus, quite good-looking with at least 85% bluing and an average but strong bore. 8+1 round mag, with very nice checkered-walnut grips. A very unusual pistol, complete examples easily sell for $1200-1500 apiece. PHOTO . . . $575. C&R

RUSSIAN Model 1895 Nagant revolver #AS129 (7.62x38R Nagant) mfg. by Tula in 1944. All-matching numbers, an arsenal-rework in arsenal-new condition, refinished over some light external pitting, about 1" of the outer surface is pitted also. Bore appears mirror-perfect with no pitting whatsoever. Original sharp finely-checkered walnut grips and grip-panels. Complete with holster, cleaning-rod and leather lanyard. . . $120. C&R SOLD

RUSSIAN Model TT-33 Tokarev semiautomatic pistol #3SHCH1079 (7.62x25 Tokarev), mfg. at Izhevsk in 1942. A likely "bringback" from Vietnam, Good condition with about 30% remaining faded bluing, all-matching numbers with un-numbered excellent-condition magazine. Bore is a bit dark and pitted but lands strong enough to shoot accurately, some traces of human blood in crevices and under grips. Roughly checkered homemade wooden grips (likely of local Vietnamese manufacture) with six "notches" cut on back of right grip (kills?) in old-west fashion. RUSSIAN commercial Model IJ70-17AS Makarov semiautomatic pistol #BCK3690 (9x18 Makarov) mfg. by Imez in circa 1992. New, "satin" steel finish (looks like stainless to me) slide and frame in near-perfect condition (some handling-marks on slide) with gorgeous bore having no evidence of ever having been fired. Features two magazines, both with "satin" stainless floorplates and neither numbered to gun, black-plastic "Baikal" logo grips, adjustable Bo-Mar type rear-sight, in original box with manual. SPANISH Model 1915 "Ruby" semiautomatic pistol #41838 (.32 ACP), mfg. by Retolaza Hermanos under the trade-name Paramount in c.1917. Excellent condition, bottom of slide and barrel stamped 51, with at least 95% original bluing (with color case-hardened trigger and "straw" on the grip-screws) and a coarse, lightly pitted but somewhat strong bore. 8+1 round mag, GN in circle stamped on bottom (and rather loosely fitted), with very crisp and nice checkered-walnut grips. Very little signs of actual use. These "Ruby" pistols were the standard sidearm of French officers during WWI, when over 700,000 were made for them by over 40 manufacturers under various trade-names. So far this is the finest Ruby I have ever encountered (most are really beat-up, and it is rare to find a nice one). Tiny "Made in Spain" stamped on right side of frame, otherwise not import-marked. SPANISH Model 1921 (400) semiautomatic pistol #48024 (9mm Largo), mfg. by Astra in c.1933. Near Excellent, all-matching numbers with at least 85% original bluing, some very small areas of scattered pitting on lift side from being "holstered wet". Excellent bright bore with strong lands and grooves. 8+1 round mag, with heel-type release and smooth walnut grips with some nice streaked grain, contact-marks from being stored without protection from adjacent pistols. No commercial proofs, but has early military acceptance-mark (Y in circle) stamped on left side of triggerguard A pretty nice example, not import-marked. PHOTO . . . $250. C&R

SPANISH Model 600/43 semiautomatic pistol #12424 (9mm Parabellum), mfg. by Astra in 1944. Near Excellent, all-matching numbers with at least 85% original bluing (with much "fire-blue" on the extractor) and a slightly pitted but strong bore. This is from the Nazi "second contract" which never reached Germany until after the war, where they were put into active police service. 8+1 round mag, with very nice checkered-walnut grips. SWEDISH Model 1907 Browning semiautomatic pistol #8666 (.380 ACP), mfg. in c. 1920 by Husqvarna (inspectors T.T. and H.K.). All-matching numbers, excellent condition with 95% black-parkerized surfaces and black bakelite grips incorporating the Husqvarna logo. I16 No.116 stamped on left side of frame. Bore is a bit dark but looks like it there is still life in the lands and grooves. Rechambered (sleeved) from the original 9mm Browning Long caliber by person or personas unknown (no "CAL .380" stamped on it anywhere). SWEDISH Model 1907 Browning semiautomatic pistol #55248 (.380 ACP), mfg. in early 1940's by Husqvarna. All-matching numbers, excellent condition with 95% black-parkerized surfaces and black bakelite grips incorporating the Husqvarna logo. It also has a near-perfect bore and a seemingly weak recoil-spring. Rechambered from the original 9mm Browning Long caliber by Interarms when imported in the early 1960's, includes one magazine and brown smooth leather holster. Only clue to being imported is CAL .380 stamp on left side of slide. New barrels in the original 9mm Browning Long caliber are currently available from SARCO. PHOTOS . . . $300. C&R

SWEDISH Model 1907 Browning semiautomatic pistol #76946 (.380 ACP), mfg. in early 1940's by Husqvarna. All-matching numbers, excellent condition with 95% black-parkerized surfaces and black bakelite grips incorporating the Husqvarna logo. It also has a near-perfect bore and extremely smooth functioning. Rechambered from the original 9mm Browning Long caliber by Interarms when imported in the early 1960's, includes two original magazines and worn brown pebbled leather holster. U.S.A. "Victory Model" revolver #V81725 (.38 Special) with 4" barrel, manufactured by Smith & Wesson in 1942. Excellent condition with 98% or better original Parkerized finish and a near-perfect bore, U.S. NAVY marked, case-colors still vivid on hammer and trigger. Apparently assembled from mismatched parts, very few contact-marks on metal and grips, the finest Navy-marked Victory model I have ever encountered. PHOTOS . . . $400. C&R

U.S.A. "Victory Model" Lend-Lease revolver #V82267 (.38 Smith & Wesson) with 5" barrel, manufactured by Smith & Wesson in 1943. Excellent condition with 95% or better original Parkerized finish and a near-perfect bore, "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" marked, case-colors still vivid on hammer and trigger, British Proofs on right side of frame, as well as FTR M./54 (indicating "Factory Thorough Repair" at Maltby in 1954). U.S.A. Model .38-200 revolver #857413 (.38 Smith & Wesson) with 5" barrel, manufactured by Smith & Wesson in 1948 (?). Excellent condition with 95% or better original bluing and a near-perfect bore, case-colors still vivid on hammer and trigger, some erosion on metal part of butt by lanyard-ring. BELGIAN Model 24/50 Mauser bolt-action carbine #21950 (.30-06) mfg. by Fabrique National in 1952. Very Good condition, with maybe 50% original factory painted enamel external-finish. Short 18" barrel, the bore virtually mirror-perfect, Crowned-B (for Belgian King Baudouin I, ruled 1951-1993) above ABL (Belgian Army) and date 1952 atop receiver, matching bolt and buttstock (the only numbered parts on FN rifles from the postwar era). Retains cleaning-rod, with milled magazine-follower and corrugated buttplate. Wood has been sanded and refinished with only a few handling-marks since. Not import-marked. BRITISH Martini-Enfield Mark II single-shot rifle #337 (.577/450) mfg. by Enfield in 1873 as a Mark I rifle and upgraded to the Mark II configuration somewhat later (with improved trigger). Very Good condition, a quite nice example with full external bluing (turning a bit brown) over light pitting (the bolt and cocking-lever color case-hardened). The bore is very nice and bright, and the wood has been only lightly refinished since issue. Some Nepalese markings stamped on both wood, triggerguard and on original leather sling (which are extremely rare to find intact). No import-marks, a nice "Zulu" war era piece. BRITISH Martini-Enfield Mark II single-shot rifle #316 (.577/450) mfg. by Enfield in 1878. Excellent condition, a really nice example with full external bluing (the bolt and cocking-lever color case-hardened) and commercial proofs. The bore is unbelievably nice, strong and shiny and the wood retains its original finish with some Nepalese markings on both wood and triggerguard. No import-marks. BRITISH No.4 Mk.1/2 Enfield bolt-action rifle #MC25432 (.303 British) mfg. by Fazakerly in 1944 and FTR to the Mk.2 standard by Fazakerly in 1956 (after the production of all Enfield rifles in England had ceased). Excellent-Plus condition, with 100% original black-painted (stoving) finish. All-matching numbers (including magazine) with absolutely gorgeous mirror-bore, bolt has 2-marked bolt-head. BRITISH No.5 Mk.1 "Jungle Carbine" Enfield bolt-action carbine #9405 (.303 British) mfg. by Fazakerly in July, 1944. Very Good condition, most of the phosphate-blue intact. Absolutely gorgeous mirror-bore, all-matching numbers with force-matched magazine, bolt has 2-marked bolt-head. Wood is quite decent for these, with some loss on right side of forend and on right side of buttstock where it attaches to socket. Near Excellent condition, most of the phosphate-blue intact, most black paint chipped from forend cap. Very strong and bright bore, all-matching numbers except magazine, bolt has 3-marked bolt-head. Wood is decent for these, with some handling-marks, dents and dings to finish but nothing ugly. An early Jungle Carbine that possibly saw service in WWII. . . $350. C&R

BRITISH No.5 Mk.1 "Jungle Carbine" Enfield bolt-action carbine #BF1416 (.303 British) mfg. by BSA, Shirley in 1945. A "beater" in Good or so condition, most of the finish turned to brown. Dark cruddy bore but rifling appears strong. No matching numbers, bolt has 3-marked bolt-head but headspaces properly. Wood has no doubt original finish (what's left of it, anyway) with quite a few handling-marks. Will make a good "truck gun" and probably will save someone's life someday. . . $200. C&R

BRITISH No.5 Mk.1 "Jungle Carbine" Enfield bolt-action carbine #BH3509 (.303 British) mfg. by BSA, Shirley in 1945. Near Excellent condition, most of the phosphate-blue intact. Very strong and bright bore with light pitting, all-matching numbers (magazine force-matched), bolt has 1-marked bolt-head. Wood is decent for these, with some handling-marks, dents and dings and some loss from a chip on the right-forend. An early Jungle Carbine that possibly saw service in WWII. . . $325. C&R

CHILEAN Model 1912 bolt-action Mauser rifle # C1620 (7x57) mfg. by Steyr in 1912. Very Good, with excellent mirror bore and matching wood but mismatched bolt (#B1630) that may have been an arsenal-error but headspaces perfectly. CHINESE Model 56 SKS semiautomatic rifle #7052739 (7.62x39) mfg. by Factory 26 arsenal in 1963 with hard-chromed blade-type bayonet. A "war-trophy" from the Vietnam conflict, with all-matching serial numbers, complete except for cleaning-rod, buttplate and stock recoil-bolt. Considerable blood-pitting and staining on both metal and wood surfaces (enough to obtain dozens of DNA samples). This rifle was in excellent condition when its previous owner was slain and the rifle captured, and it still has an excellent chrome-lined bore and is perfectly functional today. In case any of you are skeptical of it's origin, the capture-papers (DD 603, DD 603-1 and export license from RVN marked "cleared for CONUS" all dated May 5th-7th,1969 in Long Binh) describing this very rifle by serial number and naming the person who captured it are included. COLOMBIAN Model FN-49 Saive semiautomatic rifle #0629 (.30-06) mfg. by Fabrique Nationale. Only the third Colombian FN-49 we have ever seen and the second we have ever owned. All-matching numbers, bolt in the white, very bold Colombian crest on receiver ring, perfect mirror bore, no import-narks. The metal has likely been re-painted sometime in the not so distant past, the wood has a lovely tigerstripe figure and has been nicely refinished recently (a few semi-circular dents from the bolt of adjacent FN-49 rifles still evident), butt-plate is corrugated sheet-metal type. The 30-06 chambering is the scarcest and most desirable of all the FN-49 rifles, and the Colombian contract is the absolute rarest of those. Not import-marked. PHOTO . . . $1250. C&R

Near Excellent condition, receiver (marked with Danish crown over FKF at top rear) has nearly full light-gray Parkerizing, all parts appear to be Breda manufacture except the barrel (Danish VAR dated 2-65), the bolt, gas-tube and trigger-group all being made by Beretta. FINN Model P-26 Mosin-Nagant infantry rifle #5168 (7.62x54R), barrel relined in 1926 at AV-1 (the barrel-shank in the white as is proper for these). Very Good externally with 70% remaining bluing (except on the barrel) and the receiver having some porosity from likely being sea-salvaged. Original Russian wood pretty nice for these with some minor handling-marks but no cracks or splits and overall quite attractive. Wire sling-swivels and cleaning-rod is present, handguard likely a later replacement. The bolt is matching and the bore is surprisingly a mirror-like excellent (and not counterbored). VENEZUELAN Model FN-49 Saive semiautomatic rifle #5565 (7x57) mfg. by Fabrique Nationale in c.1953. UNISSUED, with 100% original painted finish (stoving) and mirror-perfect bore (literally looks unfired). All-matching numbers, Venezuelan crest on receiver is extremely bold and beautiful, with slotted muzzle-break. Very lovely streaked reddish-walnut stock with excellent figure and several BOLD cartouches, a couple of very insignificant handling-marks.
