    ARGENTINE Model  Ballester-Molina semiautomatic pistol; # 33884 (.45 ACP), mfg. at Hafasda for the Argentine Army in the early 1950's. Near Excellent condition, nice slightly faded blue finish and extremely attractive. Bore is extremely strong and quite bright. All matching numbers (except magazine which is unnumbered, frame is numbered 68166), all markings clear with bold Argentine crest and EJERCITO ARGENTINA on right side of slide. Includes one 7-round magazine (all Colt 1911 magazines will function in this pistol), grooved walnut grips look to be new. PHOTOS. . . $525.    C&R   SOLD

Near Excellent condition, likely arsenal-refinished with gray Parkerized finish and extremely attractive. Bore is extremely strong and quite bright. All matching numbers (except magazine), all markings clear with bold Argentine crest and ARMADA ARGENTINA on right side of slide.     AUSTRIAN Model 1908 Pieper semiautomatic pocket pistol # 64167A (.25 ACP) mfg. by Steyr in 1919. Excellent condition, with full original bluing, bore is a bit dark and rough. Date 19. on left side of barrel, NP V (Vienna) proof on left side. Bakelite Steyr-logo grips are unchipped and sound. A VERY interesting design, the lever on the left side breaks-open the barrel for single-loading, and the magazine has two positions (the lower one for single loading. the upper one for magazine loading).     CZECH Model CZ27 semiautomatic pistol # 85534 (.32 ACP) mfg. at Bohemian Arms Factory in c.1941. Very Good condition with 80% or better original high-polish bluing (holster-wear and other marks only on corners and sharp edges, but much "straw" color on non-blued parts). Very Good or better with 90% painted military finish (chipping in places). Bore is gorgeous and mirror-bright, includes three magazines and brown leather full-flap military holster with several stamps on inside of top flap. Not import-marked.     GERMAN Model 1907 Dreyse semiautomatic pistol # 110138 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Rheinische Metallwaaren- & Maschinenfabrik in c.1915 with military acceptance proof on right side.  Very Good condition, with most bluing remaining.     GERMAN Ortgies semiautomatic pistol # 188565 (.32ACP) mfg. by Deutsches Werk, Erfurt in the early 1920's. Near Excellent condition, bluing is intact and pistol is functional. Bore is quite nice and bright.  Has slightly worn D-logo grips and nickel-plated magazine.  Not import-marked, extremely nice for these (they are usually seen in "dog" condition).     GERMAN Model 1910/22 Browning semiautomatic pistol # 166904 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Fabrique National under Nazi occupation in c.1942. Excellent condition with 90% or better original bluing and nice military finish (some very light pitting on slide from being "holstered wet" long ago). Bore is excellent and mirror-bright. All matching-numbers, Nazi WaA140 waffenamt and eagle/swastika proofs on left side of both slide and frame. Nice checkered walnut grips with one 8-round magazine. Not import-marked, the lanyard-loop on left side of butt is an indication of its use in French service after WWII.. PHOTO . . . $475.    C&R    

    GERMAN Model P-38 Walther semiautomatic pistol # 3857k (9mm), mfg. at Walther in 1942. Very Good condition with 90% or better reblue and some handling marks on the slide. Bore is mostly bright and strong with some erosion near the chamber. All matching-numbers, but the barrel is a Spreewerke replacement (code cyq) that has been numbered to match. Excellent condition with 95% or better original bluing and a really nice high-polish finish with some very minor handling and holster marks. Bore is excellent and mirror-bright.     JAPANESE Type 14 semiautomatic pistol # 26786 (8mm Nambu) with small trigger-guard mfg. at Nagoya in January, 1937 (Showa 12.1). Near Excellent condition with 90% or better original bluing. All matching numbers except bolt (450) and magazine ( 65). Bore is mirror-perfect, markings are very sharp, action is extremely smooth and grooved wooden grips are not chipped. Not import-marked.     SOVIET MILITARY Model 59 Makarov semiautomatic pistol # HK1752 (9x18 Makarov), mfg. at Izhevsk in 1991. This appears to be an Afghani-made copy in Very Good condition, slide and triggerguard browned from actual use and a few minor scratches. Bore is mostly bright with some roughness and erosion near the chamber. Includes correct red-star grips (slightly chipped on left side) and one 8-round East German magazine.     SPANISH Model 1911 "Astra" semiautomatic pistol # 02188/ (.32 ACP) mfg. by Esperanza y Unceta (ASTRA) in Guernica in 1911. Near Excellent condition with 90% or better original bluing on frame and slide. Bore is quite bright and strong, checkered walnut grips are intact. Includes two magazines.     SPANISH Ruby-type semiautomatic pistol # 55979 (.32 ACP) mfg. by SA Alkartasuna in  Guernica  in 1916.  Near Excellent condition with 90% original bluing on frame and slide.  Bore is quite bright and very strong, checkered walnut grips are intact.  One of over forty firms hired to manufacture Ruby pistols during the Great War (the French bought over 700,000 Ruby pistols during and just after WWI).   Action is tight, circled AK on left side of frame and on magazine floorplate.     SPANISH Model 1921 (400) Astra semiautomatic pistol # 91735 (9x23 Largo) mfg. by Unceta y Compañia, S.A. in Guernica (Spain) in c.1925.  Excellent overall condition, with sharp markings and 90% original bluing. Finely-checkered walnut grips, no military markings. Mostly bright bore, all-matching numbers with one magazine. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $450.     C&R

    SWEDISH Model 1887 Nagant revolver # 11411 (7.5 Swedish Nagant) mfg. by Husqvarna in c.1903. Excellent condition with 90% high-gloss bluing and most "straw" on hammer, trigger, and loading-gate, small area of pitting on barrel. Strong mirror-bright bore and all-matching numbers. Unit-marked L № 5828 on right side of frame. Lovely checkered walnut grips, includes lanyard-ring, leather cord lanyard, and full-flap military holster. Totally functional, not import-marked.     SWEDISH Model 1907 Browning semiautomatic pistol rig with holster # 4898 (9x20SR Browning Long, with original included barrel sleeved for .380 ACP), mfg. in c.1907 by Fabrique National. All-matching numbers, excellent condition with 98% black-parkerized surfaces and brown horn grips incorporating the FN logo. It also has a near-perfect bore and extremely smooth functioning. Left side of frame unit-marked I 6 No.38. Original barrel rechambered from the original 9mm Browning Long caliber by Interarms when Imported in the early 1960's, includes three original magazines and brown pebble-texture holster as well as replacement barrel chambered in 9mm Browning Long (the .380 ACP conversion was an abysmal failure).
