AUSTRIAN Model 1898 Rast & Gasser revolver # 119678 (8mm Rast-Gasser) mfg. by  Rast & Gasser, Vienna in 1917. Very Good PLUS condition overall with all-matching numbers and an excellent, strong and bright bore. Mechanically perfect and totally functional (.32 S&W Long ammo can be safely used, but accuracy will suffer due to its .330 bore-diameter). BELGIAN Model 1919 "Demontant" semiautomatic vest-pocket pistol # 14495 (.25 ACP),  mfg. by Pieper circa 1920. Near Excellent condition, with 90% original bluing (some oxidation on sides), Belgian postwar proofs on left side and top.  Lever on left side of frame rotates downward to remove slide for disassembly. BRITISH Webley Mark VI revolver # N1790 (.455 Webley, unconverted) mfg. by Webley & Scott Ltd.  in 1916. Very Good condition, with 90% original "oil-blacked" finish remaining, some pitting on sides and triggerguard from being "holstered wet". CHINESE Model TT-Olympia semiautomatic pistol # 12912 (.22 Long Rifle) mfg. by Norinco during the early-1990's. NEW in box condition, a copy of the Walther "Olympia" target pistol with two 10-round wood-based magazines, wraparound checkered wood grips and detachable balance weight for the underside of frame (to ensure stability when firing). Full bluing, perfect condition, does not appear to have ever been fired. Includes wrapped cleaning-rod and styrofoam packaging in box from now-defunct Briklee Trading Company. CZECH Model CZ-38 semiautomatic pistol # 267681 (.380 ACP) mfg. at Ceska Zbrojovka, Strakonice under Nazi Occupation in 1939 .  Excellent-PLUS condition with all-matching numbers, some minor holster-wear at front sides of slide.  Full gorgeous high-polish bluing throughout, some "straw" color on trigger, hammer and extractor. Bore is mirror-perfect, markings are very sharp, and dark-brown bakelite grips are not chipped. This pistol was assimilated into German inventory as the Pistolen 39 (t) and was reportedly a favorite of the Luftwaffe.  Not import-marked.  PHOTOS . . . $595.   C&R    SOLD

FRENCH Model 1892 Ordnance revolver # 29127 (8mm Lebel), a commercial example mfg. by St. Etienne in the early 1920's. Near Excellent condition with 90% or better bluing, matching numbers, bore is excellent and mirror-bright. Has manufacturer's markings on top-strap, commercial proof on barrel. Action very tight with checkered walnut grips. Not import-marked, commercial examples are rarely encountered.  PHOTOS . . . $450.  C&R 

GERMAN Model 1896 Broomhandle semiautomatic pistol # 205575 (7.63mm), mfg. at Mauser factory circa 1914 (pre-WWI). Excellent condition, with full original bluing. All-matching numbers, excellent strong bore with little sign of actual use (has NOT been re-sleeved).  The action is exceptionally smooth. GERMAN  Model 1907 Schmeisser-designed Dreyse semiautomatic pistol # 25414 (7.65mm, aka .32 ACP), mfg. by Rheinische Metallwaaren & Maschinenfabrik in c.1914.  Very Good condition with about 70% bluing intact and some of the expected oxidtion from actual use. Ex-Bremen Police Department, left side of frame stamped P.D. Bremen No.317, magazine floorplate also stamped 317 1 (#1 magazine for pistol 317).  Bore quite bright and strong.  Includes 6-round magazine, checkered black Bakelite grips with RFM monogram.  Not import-marked, quite scarce. GERMAN Model 4 Walther semiautomatic pistol # 60620 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Carl Walther & Associates in c.1916.   Very Good to Excellent condition with about 85% original bluing.  Bore is mirror-bright and extremely strong. All matching-numbers, WWI German Army acceptance marked on left side of slide, hard-rubber grips with CW logo in very nice condition. GERMAN Model 2 Bergmann-Lignose semiautomatic vest-pocket pistol # 10527 (.25 ACP), mfg. at Aktiengesellschaft Lignose, Berlin in c.1925.   Very Good to Excellent condition with about 80% original bluing, fading on top of slide.  Bore is mirror-bright and extremely strong. GERMAN Model 38H semiautomatic pistol  (.32 ACP), no serial number, very late mfg. at Sauer & Son, Suhl in May 1945.   Excellent-PLUS condition, with full original Phosphate finish and a mirror-bright bore. This pistol is likely among the handful put together by American G. I.'s after their capture of the Sauer factory before turning it over to the Soviets, and lacks both the safety on the slide as well as the decocking-lever on the frame. ITALIAN Model 1889 Type I Bodeo revolver # F1510 (10.35 Italian)  mfg. at Siderurgica Glisenti, Turinb in 1905 Very Good condition, most external finish browned from age. ROMANIAN Model 1934 semiautomatic pistol # 24938 (.380 ACP) mfg. by Beretta in 1941.  Excellent condition with 95% original bluing and all-matching numbers. Identified as a Romanian-contract by use of the word SCURT instead of CORTO on left side of slide. Bore is very strong and mirror-bright. Not import-marked, see page 302 in Still "Axis Pistols". SPANISH Model 600/43 semiautomatic pistol # 10708 (9mm Parabellum), mfg. by Astra in 1944.  Near Excellent, all-matching numbers with at least 85% original bluing (with much "fire-blue" on the extractor) and a slightly pitted but strong bore. This is from the Nazi "second contract" which never reached Germany until after the war, where they were put into active police service. 8+1 round mag, with very nice checkered-walnut grips. SWEDISH Model 1887 Nagant revolver (7.5 Nagant), no serial number, mfg. by Husqvarna in c.1898. Excellent condition, with 95% original bluing (some minor oxidation) and bright parts showing 100% golden "straw". All-markings are clear, and the action is extremely smooth with great double-action and single-action trigger-pulls. The bore is mirror-like and very strong with little evidence of use. Grips are sharply checkered walnut. One of only 13,732 produced by Husqvarna 1898-1905. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $450.  C&R    SOLD

H&R self-loading pistol # 25552 (.32 ACP) with 2" barrel, manufactured by Harrington & Richardson in c.1914 under license from Webley & Scott.  Near Excellent condition, with 90% or better original bluing (some oxidation visible). U.S.A. "Victory Model" revolver # V137235 (.38 Special) with 4" barrel, manufactured by Smith & Wesson in 1942. Excellent condition with 95% or better original Parkerized finish and a near-perfect bore, U.S. NAVY marked, case-colors still vivid on hammer and trigger.
