HANDGUNS

GERMAN Model 1896 "Bolo" Broomhandle semiautomatic pistol #523097 (7.63 Mauser) mfg. at Mauser circa 1923.  Virtually Perfect "as new" condition, with 100% bluing, all-matching numbers and perfect mirror bore.  This just has to be a refinished / refurbished pistol, but the fella I bought it from purchased it as "totally original" some years ago (for $1500). I can see how he was fooled, as the fire-bluing on the trigger, safety, rear sight-slider and extractor is phenomenal and there is no trace of the barrel having been "sleeved" either.  Comes with deluxe felt-lined wooden display-case containing two unopened original boxes of DWM  7.63 Mauser ammo on strippers, not import-marked.  PHOTOS . . . $850.   C&R     SOLD

GERMAN Model 08 Luger semiautomatic pistol #8903k (9mm) made by DWM in 1918 and accepted by the Reichwehr in 1920.   Near excellent condition, with 90-95% original blue and all-matching numbers (takedown lever has been renumbered to match). All markings very strong. Not import-marked. PHOTO. . . $825. C&R   SOLD

FURMAN / 914th A Bn, Aix OP", likely by the soldier who captured it (the 914th Field Artillery Battalion fought its way across Europe in 1944/5 and was heavily involved in the Battle of the Bulge). Aix is a town of Provence, France that was liberated by the G.I's in Fall, 1944.  Not import-marked.    PHOTOS . . . $650.   C&R     SOLD
