BRITISH Mark I revolver # 18525 (converted to .45 ACP) mfg. by Webley & Son in c.1891 with 4" barrel and bird-head grip. Excellent condition, with 90% or better original bluing. All-matching numbers, many military proofs (including huge broad-arrow on top-strap), N (for Royal Navy) marked on back strap.  Totally functional with tight action, bore is very bright but rifling is a bit worn. ITALIAN Model 1889 Type II Bodeo revolver # A1432 (10.35 Italian)  mfg. by Brescia in 1889 Near Excellent condition, nearly all original bluing remains. ANTIQUE RIFLES

ARGENTINE Model 1879 EN Rolling-Block single-shot full-length infantry rifle (11x58mm, aka .43 Spanish), no serial number, mfg. by Remington Arms in c.1880.  Good or better condition, with most external metal browned from oxidation. Bore is extremely strong and quite bright. Sound wood stock shows actual use (with cross carved in right side) with some of the expected dings, scratches & handling-marks. ARGENTINE Model 1891 Mauser bolt-action rifle # B5157 (7.65x54) mfg. by Loewe in 1892.  Excellent overall condition, with 95% original bluing, usual ground national crest above chamber. All-matching numbers (including cleaning-rod), bore is strong and mostly bright. Wood is quite nice with only a few scuffs and handling-marks, some discoloration  on last six inches of wood near buttlplate. PHOTOS . . . $375.    Antique, no FFL required    SOLD

DUTCH Model 1871/88 Beaumont-Vitali rifle # 686E (11x52R) mfg. by J. F. J. Bar, Delft in 1873. Good to Very Good condition, with an excellent, mirror bright strong rifled bore. External metal was "in the white" and has mostly turned brown but shows little actual wear, wood retains original finish with awesome cartouche of crowned W (for King William III, reigned 1849-1890) flanked by flowers, DELFT above and date 1873 at sides. All-matching numbers (686), barrel and buttplate renumbered 3099 in 1889 when Vitali magazine was added. Mechanically sound (including the magazine-disconnect), includes odd wooden cleaning-rod and correct Beaumont triangular socket-bayonet. Stock is cracked on both sides of magazine. I would not hesitate to shoot it this rifle if I had any ammo at all (.43 Egyptian ammo can be safely used if no Beaumont ammo can be found). FINN Model 28-76 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action target rifle # 10824 (7.62x54R) ASEV1 barrel mfg. in 1977 on an 1897-dated Tula receiver.  Excellent-PLUS condition with full bluing on all metal parts and an excellent mirror-bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle).  Matching bolt (0824), numbers on magazine floorplate scrubbed (as usual). FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 225544 (7.62x54R) mfg. by SAKO in 1942 on an 1894-dated Chatellerault receiver.  Excellent condition with nearly full bluing on all metal parts and an excellent mirror-bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle).  Matching bolt-knob (5544), numbers on magazine floorplate and buttplate not matching or scrubbed (as usual). Includes cleaning-rod. Two-piece wartime stock (rounded finger-joints) has strong SAKO and crossed-cannons cartouche on right side. FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 503259 (7.62x54R) SK.Y barrel mfg. by SAKO in 1942 on an 1895-dated Tula receiver.  Excellent condition with nearly full bluing on all metal parts and an excellent mirror-bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle).  Matching bolt-knob (3259), numbers on magazine floorplate and buttplate not matching or scrubbed (as usual). Includes cleaning-rod. Three-piece wartime stock (rounded finger-joints) has strong 1943 dated Civil Guard cartouche on right side. RUSSIAN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 175367 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1896.  Very Good PLUS condition with nearly full bluing on all metal parts and a strong if not very bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle).  All matching numbers (bolt body has been arsenal-renumbered to match), includes cleaning-rod. One-piece stock has no slots for sling attachment (triggerguard still has swivel, but swivel that would be attached to front band missing). A few minor dings and scratches from actual use, but a nice example of an early Mosin. PHOTOS . . . $750.        Antique, no FFL required   

SWISS Model 1889 Schmidt-Rubin straight-pull infantry rifle # 14232 (7.5x53) mfg. by Waffenfabrik Bern in 1891. Very Good condition with most metal on receiver polished bright. All-matching numbers (including magazine), bore is mostly bright with a few dark areas. Walnut stock and handguard has original finish plus whatever minor handling-marks can be expected on a 117 year-old rifle with original finish. A decent example, includes brass & steel muzzle-cap. Should NOT be fired with regular 7.5 Swiss ammo, not import-marked.   PHOTOS . . . $375.   Antique, no FFL required   SOLD

SWISS Model 1896/11 Schmidt-Rubin straight-pull rifle # 223257 (7.5x55 Swiss) mfg. at Waffenfabrik Bern in 1898.  Very Good condition, with 70% original bluing (eroded on bottom of magazine and triggerguard from carry). All-matching numbers including magazine, bore is excellent and quite bright, stock has some dings and dents from actual use but retains its original finish, number 95061 and cute little bear (symbol of the canton of BERN) stamped atop comb.   Suitable for modern loads and doubtless an incredible shooter (as all of these really are) with a terrific trigger.
