BRITISH Lee Metford Mark I* bolt-action rifle # 22022 (.303 British) mfg. by Birmingham Small Arms in 1891. Very Good or better condition with around 80% external bluing and a mostly bright and strong bore. Bolt mismatched (as usual), has sliding dust-cover, both volley sights on left side intact, with magazine cut-off and the usually-missing original cleaning rod. FINN Model 27 Mosin Nagant bolt-action rifle # 76583 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1934 by Tikka. on a 1901-dated Tula receiver. Excellent condition with 95% or better bluing. Bolt-body numbered 76583 (matching), bore is strong and bright (and NOT counterbored). Includes cleaning-rod and black leather sling made in U.S.S.R. FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # XC2500 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1938 on a round receiver with [SA] Finn marking on left side of barrel-shank. Excellent condition with 95% or better bluing on all metal parts. Bolt-body restamped 2500 by the Finns to match barrel, bore is not very bright but is rifling extremely strong (and has been counterbored at muzzle to improve accuracy). New-looking two-part Finn "pot-belly" buttstock and handguard has a couple scuffs and scrapes. Includes cleaning-rod and metal sling swivels. PHOTOS . . . $300. C&R

FRENCH Model 1949/56 MAS semiautomatic rifle # G84553 (7.5x54) manufactured at St. Etienne in c.1968. Excellent condition, with most Parkerizing intact, signs of wear only at high points and on corners. Has great bore. ROMANIAN Model vz24 Mauser bolt-action short rifle # FR19137 (8x57mm) mfg. by CZ in 1938. Very Good or so condition with a very sharp if not very bright bore. Cipher of King Paul above chamber has been scrubbed,. No matching numbers, walnut stock has some handling-marks and compressions but is sound with no cracks, no cleaning rod. SOVIET Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action infantry rifle # 20000 (7.62x54R), an ex-Dragoon rifle mfg. by Tula in 1926 with 6-line C.C.C.P. legend. Excellent-PLUS arsenal refurb with full bluing on all metal parts and a mirror-bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). All numbered parts stamped matching. SWEDISH Model 41B SNIPER Mauser bolt-action rifle # 223995 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1908. Near Excellent condition, with 90% or better original bluing on all parts (some minor spotting on magazine-floorplate and triggerguard from actual use). Ajack 4x90 scope has very clear optics with upper and lower mounts as well as modern plastic pop-up leather lens-covers. Has a very bright and strong bore (bore-disc indicating 6.50/1). Most serial numbers matching on parts (exception being firing pin, bolt-shroud and safety numbered 479, magazine floortplate numbered 451), upper mount renumbered by importer with dot-matrix to match. All-matching numbers, Near Excellent condition with 85% fading bluing remaining and a near-perfect mirror-bore. U.S.A. Model 03-A3 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 3814764 (.30-06) mfg. by Remington in May 1943 with original RA 5-43 dated barrel. Excellent condition with nearly all metal finish remaining. U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 1120577 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in January, 1943 with 10-51 replacement barrel. A Benicia Arsenal rebuild in Excellent condition with most gray Parkerized finish remaining on all metal, bore is mirror-bright and strong (TE = 3.5, MW = 2.0). Has all SA-marked parts. Walnut stock has two holes drilled on left side (for grenade-launching sight), rack-number 15 painted on comb, BA / 11 stamped on left side and quite a few dings and other handling marks, faint boxed SA / NFR and ordnance-wheel cartouches on left side. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 961163 (7.62 NATO) mfg. by Springfield Armory in November, 1942, a U.S. Navy Mark 2, Mod. 0 sleeved conversion with WRA barrel adapted by Harrington & Richardson (only 6,000 converted by HRA). Excellent condition with most Parkerized finish remaining on all metal (except gas-tube), bore is quite nice (TE = 1.0, ME = 1.0). YUGOSLAVIAN Model 24/47 Mauser bolt-action rifle # M2397 (8x57) mfg. by Zastava in c.1950. Excellent condition, a large-ring intermediate-length Mauser with 90% or better original bluing on the metal surfaces with little apparent wear and a sharp mirror-bore. Weak Tito-era Yugoslavian crest above chamber. All-matching numbers, with milled triggerguard and magazine-floorplate and straight bolt handle.
