ARGENTINE Model Ballester-Molina semiautomatic pistol # 20897 (.45 ACP), mfg. at Hafdasa for the Argentine Army in the mid 1940's. Excellent-PLUS condition, with full Parkerized metal (has been refinished). Bore is very strong but frosted (possibly Parkerized internally). All matching numbers (except magazine), markings on slide a bit faint from refinishing, with bold Argentine crest and EXERCITO ARGENTINO on right side of slide. Includes one 7-round magazine (all Colt 1911 magazines will function in this pistol). Has grooved walnut grips. This is somewhat of a copy of the Colt 1911 with some differences (no grip-safety) based on the "Star Super" pistols. They are both very reliable and accurate. Has import-mark on left side of frame. SOLDAUSTRIAN Model GB semiautomatic pistol # P13005 (9mm Parabellum) mfg. by Steyr in 1984. The first of the "wonder nines" this is a large gas-operated sidearm with an 18-round magazine in like new condition with stippled finish. Very unique with extremely low recoil and in flawless condition (and no longer manufactured). Features a very effective decocking lever on the slide. BRITISH Mark IV Webley revolver # 76203 (.38 Smith & Wesson), mfg. by Webley& Sons in c.1942. Excellent condition, with 95% original oil-blacked finish. All matching numbers, has slightly worn Vulcanite grips, complete with lanyard-ring and braided cloth lanyard Bore is very strong and mirror bright. BRITISH Model No.2 Mk.1* .38 revolver # L0414 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Enfield in 1940 with serrated backstrap and 5" barrel, double-action only with hammer-spur removed. Good to Very Good condition overall with much chipping and scratches in the black enamel finish ("stoving") and very worn walnut thumbrest grips. Cylinder is a mismatched replacement, blank brass-disk on right side. Very Good mostly bright bore, tight action, includes lanyard-ring and olive braided cloth lanyard. PHOTOS . . . $250. C&R SOLD
BRITISH Model No.2 Mk.1** .38 revolver # ZB9223 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Enfield in 1943 with non-serrated backstrap and 5" barrel, double-action only without hammer-spur. Very Good overall with all matching numbers and no enamel finish ("stoving") remaining. Black bakelite thumb-rest grips, blank brass-disk on right side. CANADIAN Model LDA Carry GAP semiautomatic pistol # P170552 (.45 GAP) mfg. by Para-Ordnance in c.2005. Excellent condition, with full painted finish and a mirror-bright bore. This is a 1911-style compact handgun with a 3 1/2" barrel and a 6-round magazine. A neat feature of this pistol is the very light double-action trigger pull. DANISH Model 40 Lahti semiautomatic pistol # D5407 (9mm Parabellum), mfg. by Husqvarna circa 1948. Excellent condition, with all-matching numbers, perfect mirror bore, and 99% original bluing. Danish serial # prefix with crowned HV proof at back of frame. Black bakelite grips incorporating the Husqvarna logo. ISRAELI Webley Mark IV revolver # B50091 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Webley& Scott Ltd. in c.1954 with Israeli property marks on right side of frame and 4" barrel. Very Good condition, with 80% original bluing, very "tight" action and a strong mostly bright bore. ITALIAN "Le Municipal" revolver # 14 (10.4mm Italian) mfg. in the early 1880's by uncertain European manufacturer for commercial sales in Italy. Very Good condition, with full bluing turning to brown in places with a very bright and strong bore and good lockup. Has MUNICIPAL in gold leaf atop barrel flat. Completely functional, these were manufactured in various calibers (the ones destined for France in 11mm, etc). All parts numbered 44, with dark checkered walnut grips. Not import marked. JAPANESE Type 14 semiautomatic pistol, Series 2 # 16917 (8mm Nambu) mfg. at Nagoya in February, 1944. Excellent condition with 90% or better original bluing. All matching numbers except magazine. POLISH Model P35 Nazi Type II Radom VIS semiautomatic pistol # L7823 (9mm) mfg. by Radom in c.1942. Excellent condition with 95% blue on all parts. All-matching numbers with WaA77 inspection-marks as well as eagle over swastika proof. Bore is not very bright but strong. U.S.A. First Model 1½ "Lemon Squeezer" safety hammerless revolver # 40349 (.32 S&W) mfg. by Smith & Wesson in 1895. At least 90% original condition with intact nickel-plating with deeply-blued trigger, trigger-guard and single latch, with unchipped and only slightly worn S&W marked black grips.
